Z40 0.4mm 1250mm Big Bright Spangle Hot Dip Galvanised Steel GI
Coils For Rolling Door and Floor Deck DX51D
Product details
Hot dip galvanising is the process of applying a protective zinc
coating to steel sheet or iron to prevent rusting. As fully
hardened steel is pickled and then coated with a zinc film on the
surface of the steel sheet through a zinc pot rolling process.
Thereafter, hot dip galvanised steel coils (GI) are produced. Hot
dip galvanised steel coil is a popular steel with high corrosion
resistance, paintability and workability. It is often used in a
wide range of industries and sectors.
Applications
Galvanised steel coils are used in a wide range of applications
and have the advantage of a long corrosion protection period. It is
mainly used as a building and substrate for household appliances,
office panels, roofing panels, automotive panels, and pre-painted
steel coils.
Automotive Steel Sheet
To use automotive steel sheets must first be stamped and formed,
the steel sheets are stamped into parts of the desired shape and
size.
Galvanised Roof Panels
The performance requirements for galvanised roof panels mainly
include the mechanical properties of the material (tensile
strength, yield strength, elongation), the coating properties (type
of coating, coating thickness and coating adhesion)
Home Appliance Office Board
Including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators,
photocopiers, etc. Household galvanised sheets are mainly used for
general forming applications and stamping.
Substrate
Another use for galvanised steel coils is as a substrate for
pre-painted steel coils. Pre-painted steel coils are more durable
than galvanised coils as they have a polyethylene coating.
